  • When shipping internationally, customs duties and taxes may apply in the destination country.

    Please note:

    • Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
    • These charges are imposed by the customs office in the destination country and are not related to our store.

    If a package is refused by the recipient and returned to Korea, re‑delivery is not available.
    In such cases, the customer will be responsible for all costs incurred (round‑trip international shipping fees, Korean customs clearance charges, and any applicable taxes).
    Only the remaining amount, after deducting these actual costs, will be refunded.

  • All orders are shipped directly from Korea.

    • Average delivery time: 7–10 business days after order confirmation.
    • Delivery times may vary depending on the product type and customs clearance in your country.

    If you do not receive an order confirmation email or a shipping tracking link within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team. We will check your order and assist you promptly.

  • All international orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) for reliable and secure delivery.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

    • Tracking number
    • Tracking link

    Simply use the provided link to track the status of your shipment.

    If your delivery appears delayed or the tracking information looks unusual, please reach out to our customer support team. We will investigate and provide assistance as quickly as possible.

Product Information & Returns

  • Exchange & Return Policy

    • To request an exchange or return, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
    • Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.
    • Exchanges or returns due to change of mind (including size or color preferences) will require the customer to cover the return shipping cost.
    • Refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days after the return has been approved. (Processing time may vary depending on your card issuer.)
    • For returns due to change of mind, the item must be shipped prepaid to our designated warehouse.

    Eligible for Exchange or Return

    • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is delivered to our warehouse, inspected, and confirmed.
    • Return shipping costs for exchanges or returns due to change of mind (color/size change) are the responsibility of the customer.

    Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

    • More than 7 days have passed since receiving the product.
    • Product tags (labels) have been removed or lost.
    • The item shows signs of wear, washing, or has lost its original product value.
  • If this is your first time ordering with us, we highly recommend measuring the clothes you already own and comparing the measurements with the size chart provided on the product page.

    This ensures you can select the most accurate size for your body, resulting in a better fit and a more satisfying shopping experience.

  • If you suspect your item is defective, please contact our customer service team with clear photos showing the issue.

    We will review the case promptly and provide a quick resolution.

Order Information

  • We accept payments via Shopify Payments, which supports major credit cards and secure payment options.

    • Once your order has been packed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
    • If you wish to cancel before your order is prepared, please submit a cancellation request or contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
  • An order confirmation email is automatically sent by our system once your purchase is completed.

    If you do not see it in your inbox, please also check your spam/junk folder or promotions tab.

  • Yes — as long as your order has not yet been shipped.

    If you need to update your delivery address or recipient details, please contact our customer service team before dispatch.

  • On average, a shipping confirmation email (with tracking details) is sent within 4–5 business days after order confirmation.
