[Anti-Static Powder Notice]
To prevent static electricity during shipping, an odourless and harmless anti-static powder is used inside the poly bag.
On dark-coloured products, the powder may appear as a white residue. Please be assured that this is normal and not a sign of contamination.
It can be easily removed by lightly shaking the garment, steaming, or brushing.
- As care instructions vary by product, please check the care label attached to the garment before use.
- For down products, hand washing in cold water is recommended to prevent deformation and damage.
- If dry cleaning, petroleum-based dry cleaning only.
- To prevent colour transfer or fading during washing, wash separately or with similar colours.
- Fasten all zips and buttons before washing, and use a gentle cycle.
- Do not leave the garment soaking in water with detergent dissolved in it. Clean immediately.
- If detergent residue remains after washing, it may cause staining. Turn the garment inside out and rinse thoroughly.
- After washing, avoid excessive wringing or spin drying. Shape the garment immediately.
- Dry immediately after washing. To prevent discolouration, dry in the shade away from direct sunlight.
- Do not tumble dry, as it may cause shrinkage or deformation.
- Damage caused by consumer negligence is not eligible for compensation. Please strictly follow the above instructions.

We will assist you as quickly as possible. - Please note that the actual color of the product may differ slightly due to monitor settings. - For exchanges or returns due to personal preferences (e.g., color or size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. - Refunds will be processed within 2–5 business days after approval. Eligible for Exchange or Return
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. - Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received at our warehouse and passes inspection. - For returns or exchanges due to change of mind (including size or color), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Not Eligible for Exchange or Return
- More than 7 days have passed since product receipt. - Product tags or labels have been removed or lost.
