[Anti-Static Powder Notice]
To prevent static electricity during shipping, an odourless and harmless anti-static powder is used inside the poly bag.
On dark-coloured products, the powder may appear as a white residue. Please be assured that this is normal and not a sign of contamination.
It can be easily removed by lightly shaking the garment, steaming, or brushing.
- Do not leave the bag soaking in water with detergent dissolved in it, and do not leave it in a bundled state after spin drying.
- Do not leave the bag wet from sweat or water for an extended period. Rinse thoroughly to remove all detergent residue, then lay flat in the shade to dry.
- White and coloured products must be washed separately.
- Fasten all zips and buttons before washing.
- Strong friction or force may cause pilling or snags on areas that come into contact with the bag. Please take care.
- Do not tumble dry, as hot-air drying may cause the product to shrink.
- Keep away from cigarettes and open flames, as the fabric may be flammable.
- Damage caused by consumer negligence is not eligible for compensation. Please strictly follow the above instructions.

Eligible for Exchange or Return
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. - Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received at our warehouse and passes inspection. - For returns or exchanges due to change of mind (including size or color), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

- More than 7 days have passed since product receipt. - Product tags or labels have been removed or lost.
